Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to EasyPDF, EasyTranslate, EasyPdfEditor, EasyCutter, EasyZip and related EasyPicker web services. By using them, you agree to use the tools lawfully and responsibly.
Your content
You remain responsible for files, images and text you open, create, convert, translate, edit or share. Process content only when you own it or have the required authorization.
Accuracy and backups
Machine translation, OCR, grammar correction, conversion and speech can contain errors. Verify important legal, medical, financial, official or safety-critical output with a qualified person. Keep backups of original files.
Prohibited use
Do not use EasyPicker tools to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious content, abuse third-party services or interfere with the website or apps.
Third-party services
Some features depend on Google services, LanguageTool, browser libraries including JSZip, Android components or other providers. Their terms and policies may apply, and their availability may affect a feature.
Availability and changes
Services are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every file or language will work perfectly. Features and these terms may change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

EasyCutter
EasyCutter processes selected files locally in the browser to split them into numbered pieces or join selected EasyCutter pieces back together. EasyPicker does not need to upload the file contents to its server for this operation. Downloads, folder access and sharing are controlled by the browser/device, and users are responsible for keeping all pieces required to restore a split file.
EasyZip
EasyZip users are responsible for having permission to compress, extract, store or share archive contents. Keep backups and test important archives before deleting originals. EasyZip does not grant rights to third-party software, formats or trademarks. RAR/7Z support may require separately installed and appropriately licensed third-party software.
FriendPicker
FriendPicker is an adult testing release for consenting people who know each other. Use invitations responsibly, confirm identities before approving membership, and respect a person’s decision not to join or share information. Do not stalk, impersonate, harass or post another person’s private information without authority.
You control your profile visibility, activity audience and group location switches. Information you share can be seen or retained by recipients. Permission to use FriendPicker does not grant permission to distribute somebody else’s personal data.
Location can be inaccurate, stale or unavailable; foreground updates stop when the app is not in use. Notifications can be delayed or blocked. SOS is a request to a chosen group, not an emergency dispatch service, and it does not guarantee delivery or assistance. Use your normal emergency calling options when urgent help is needed.
Google sign-in, Firebase notifications, map services and WhatsApp operate under their own applicable terms. The current testing release has incomplete self-service deletion, reporting and moderation controls. See privacy information, deletion help and support.
